LEGO Fortnite, Festival, and Rocket Racing

Battle Royale is not the whole client. These modes share your Epic account, V-Bucks, and often a Crew bundle. They do not share ranked BR skill.

LEGO Fortnite Odyssey

A survival / sandbox mode. Good for:

  • Younger players who do not want 100-person shooters
  • People who want a PvE session after ranked
  • Battle Pass owners who also have a LEGO pass via Crew

It will not warm up your shotgun. Do not play LEGO to โ€œpractice Fortnite.โ€

Fortnite Festival

Rhythm / music mode. Festival seasons have their own pass (Lil Tecca / Neon Dreams type seasons have been running on a separate calendar from BR). Jam tracks can show up as cosmetics in BR. If you care about a Festival skin, check that pass timer, not Overrideโ€™s.

Rocket Racing

Car racing with Fortnite cosmetics. Fun, separate skill. A little useful if you want vehicle feel, mostly not useful for BR.

Account and money

Crew is the clean way to get BR + OG + Music + LEGO passes if you play more than one mode. If you only play BR, buy the BR pass only. Crew, V-Bucks.

Kids will hop between these modes. That is fine. Voice chat and spend limits still apply. Parent guide.
