Fortnite Warmup Routine (15โ€“25 minutes)

A warmup is not โ€œplay until I get a win.โ€ It is a short checklist that makes your first ranked game feel like your fifth.

The default routine

Minutes 0โ€“5 โ€” Aim

Enter an aim map. Track, then flick, then shotgun. Do not free-roam. Codes on aim training:

  • PUROM Training V2 โ€” 3916-5715-6958
  • Crosshair Training โ€” 8942-4322-3496
  • Raider Mechanics V5 โ€” 2424-4344-7824 (also edits)

Minutes 5โ€“10 โ€” Edits or Zero Build movement

Build players: one edit course, then 10 piece-control peeks. Edit courses, piece control.

Zero Build players: slide / mantle / peek practice in a realistic 1v1 or aim map. Skip 90s. Zero Build.

Minutes 10โ€“15 โ€” One real fight format

Then ranked. Not โ€œone more Creative.โ€ Not โ€œI died so I need another warmup.โ€

What not to do

  • Warm up in ranked. That is just throwing games.
  • Play deathruns for 40 minutes and call it aim training.
  • Change sensitivity during warmup. Change it tomorrow. Sensitivity.
  • Queue Override ranked still thinking about a lobby hack code. Type codes before the routine.

If you only have 8 minutes

Aim map 4 minutes, one Reload game, queue. Something is better than first-fighting cold.
